We manufacture your home’s modules indoors at our West Kelowna facility. Those components are then transported and assembled on your selected lot. This process is quick and efficient. Weather delays aren’t an issue, and site prep and construction are done simultaneously. Homes are occupation-ready in about half the time of a traditional build process. Modular construction is also safer and less wasteful. Regular quality control ensures greater precision and tighter building envelopes, for improved energy efficiency, comfort, and performance.

Our team of certified tradespeople will build your home in the controlled environment of our enclosed manufacturing facility in West Kelowna.
Throughout the building process, we perform quality control inspections on construction, materials, and structural systems.
We carefully pack the modules and transport them directly to your site.
Once on location, our professional assembly team will erect your home and complete a full quality control check to ensure that all systems – electrical, heating and plumbing – are fully functional.
